Service Terms
Quotes and Estimates
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Quotes are based on measurements taken at the time of survey
- Additional charges may apply for changes to specifications
- Free quotes are provided with no obligation to purchase
Ordering and Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed quote and deposit payment. Payment terms are as follows:
- Deposit: 50% of total order value required to commence sourcing
- Balance: Remaining 50% due upon completion of installation
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer, cheque, or card payment accepted
- Late Payment: Interest may be charged on overdue accounts

- • Plantation Shutters: 3-4 weeks
- • Motorised Blinds: 3-4 weeks
- • Traditional Blinds: 2-4 weeks
- • Awnings: 3-5 weeks
- • UV Window Film: 1-2 weeks
Installation
- • Free installation included
- • Professional installation team
- • Installation scheduled after sourcing
- • Customer must be present during installation
- • Access to windows must be provided
Warranties and Guarantees
Product Warranties
- Plantation Shutters: 5-year product warranty
- Motorised Blinds: 2-year warranty on motors, 1-year on fabric
- Traditional Blinds: 2-year warranty on mechanisms, 1-year on fabric
- Awnings: 3-year warranty on frame, 2-year on fabric
- UV Window Film: 5-year warranty against peeling and fading
Installation Guarantee
- All installations are guaranteed for 2 years
- Free repair or replacement of installation-related issues
- Warranty covers workmanship and installation defects
- Does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidents
Customer Responsibilities
Important Requirements
- Provide accurate measurements and specifications
- Ensure safe access to installation areas
- Remove existing window treatments before installation
- Be present during installation for approval
- Notify us of any changes to specifications promptly
- Follow care and maintenance instructions provided
Cancellation and Returns
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 7 days of confirmation
- Cancellation after sourcing has commenced may incur charges
- Deposit refunds subject to cancellation terms
- Custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective
Returns Policy
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for standard items
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- Custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Refund Policy for Faulty Products
In the event that a product is found to be faulty or defective, the following process applies:
Step 1: Fault Reporting
Customers must report any faults or defects within 30 days of installation. Please contact us immediately with details of the issue, including photographs where applicable.
Step 2: Assessment and Collection
We will arrange for a qualified technician to assess the fault at your property. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange for its return to our premises at our expense. Uninstallation services can be provided if required, with costs to be agreed upon.
Step 3: Manufacturer Processing
The faulty product will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection, repair, or replacement. This process typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the manufacturer's processing times and the nature of the fault.
Step 4: Resolution and Reinstallation
Once the manufacturer has completed their assessment and any necessary repairs, we will arrange for the product to be returned and reinstalled. We will provide adequate notice of the reinstallation date and ensure the work is completed to your satisfaction.
Important Notes
- This process applies only to genuine manufacturing defects, not damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- We reserve the right to charge for uninstallation and reinstallation if the fault is determined to be customer-related
- During the repair period, temporary solutions may be provided where possible
- All work is covered by our standard warranty terms and manufacturer guarantees
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order
- We are not responsible for damage caused by customer misuse
- Force majeure events are excluded from our liability
- We maintain appropriate insurance coverage
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions
- Government actions, strikes, or labor disputes
- Supplier delays or material shortages
- Transportation disruptions or delays
- Pandemic or public health emergencies
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
